Position Title: Logistics Volunteer

Reports To: Susan Weston, General Manager, Hotel Operations

Time Requirements: 

  • Before the show: 6 hrs on Wednesday, August 29th 
  • After the show : Tuesday September 4th 
  • 2-4 hrs per day on the days between Aug 29th and September 4th

Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for moving the equipment required to run the show to and from the hotel
  • Provide support to all departments of the show as needed

Skills & Experience: 

  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs 
  • Work well as part of a team
  • You will need good problem solving skills 
  • Ability to react quickly to change.
