When is the Canadian International Air Show?
The Air Show always takes place during the Canadian Labour Day Weekend.  For 2005, The Canadian International Air Show takes place on September 3rd, 4th, & 5th, 2005.  The Starting time for the show is usually 1:00pm and the ending time is roughly around 4:00pm.   The following is a list of future years and the expected days of the show (subject to change):

2006: Sat September 2nd, Sun 3rd & Mon 4th
2007: Sat September 1st, Sun 2nd & Mon 3rd

Where does the Canadian International Air Show take place?
The Canadian International Air Show takes place in Toronto, Ontario, Canada over Lake
Ontario at the Toronto Waterfront.  It can be viewed from Ontario Place, The CNE or many other lakefront sites.

How do I get to the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) & Ontario Place?
The CNE is easily accessed by car from the Gardiner Expressway (take Jamieson Exit when coming from the west, follow signs for Exhibition Place when coming from the east) or Lakeshore Boulevard West. Outdoor and underground parking is available for up to 2,700 cars. 2000 parking rates to be determined.  Public transit links are below:

The CNE is easily accessible via the TTC by taking the 511 Bathurst streetcar and the 29 Dufferin bus, or at the Exhibition stop on the GO Train. For more information call the TTC at (416) 393-INFO or GO at (416) 869-3200.

Where can I park, and how much is parking?
There is a parking lot located inside the CNE ground with room for 3800 cars.  Available on a first-come basis. Cost per day is $15 for off-site and $17 for on-site. On-site underground parking is available.

How Much Are Tickets?
You CANNOT buy tickets specifically for the Canadian International Air Show.  It is offered as a free addition to the CNE and is included with your admission price.  Ontario Place has offered seating on top of their "Pods" for a fee in the past.  Please check their website or call them for details at www.ontarioplace.com to see if space is available for this year.

You may watch the show free from many points along the lakefront. 

If you plan to watch from Ontario Place or the CNE grounds you will be charged for admission. The CNE prices for 2005 (as of July 2005) are as follows:

General Admission $12.00
Ages 60 and better $8.00
Children 13 & under $8.00
Babes in arms - free

Can I view the aircraft before or after the show on the ground or is there a static display?
Unfortunately due to extensive construction at Lester B. Pearson International Airport we are unable to offer a static or ground display.
